Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Service in any way — browsing the site, creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 11); continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Prop Wizard is a sports-analytics and research product. The Service provides informational and analytical content about publicly available sports player-prop lines — including letter grades, hit-rate statistics, historical trends, matchup data, and related research tools — for MLB, WNBA, and other sports we may add over time.

Prop Wizard is not a betting, wagering, sportsbook, or gambling platform.The Service does not accept bets or wagers, and does not hold, transmit, or settle funds in connection with any wager. You cannot place a bet through Prop Wizard. Any wager you choose to place happens entirely on a third-party sportsbook of your own choosing, under that sportsbook's own terms, and is entirely outside of Prop Wizard's control. Prop Wizard is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any particular sportsbook.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Because much of the content on the Service relates to sports betting markets even though the Service itself does not facilitate wagering, you are also responsible for confirming that accessing this type of content, and placing any wager on any third-party platform, is lawful in your jurisdiction — which may require a higher minimum age than 18.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Prop Wizard Pro is offered as a paid, auto-renewing subscription, billed and processed through Stripe. Current plans and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and may change over time; we will show you the current price before you subscribe.

• Free trial. New subscriptions currently include a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged for the plan you selected, and your subscription will continue on a recurring basis at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each new period.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the account/settings page in the Service or through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds.Except where required by applicable law (including, for purchases made through the iOS app, Apple's own refund policies and processes), payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused access, or mid-cycle cancellations.
• iOS subscriptions.If you subscribe through the Prop Wizard iOS app, billing, renewal, and cancellation may instead be handled by Apple through your Apple ID account settings, subject to Apple's own terms.

All grades, hit rates, statistics, projections, and other content on the Service are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They reflect historical data and a statistical model, not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of any future outcome. Sports events are inherently unpredictable, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Nothing on the Service is, or should be construed as, betting advice, gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any particular wager or transaction. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Service, and we are not responsible for any wagering losses, financial losses, or other outcomes that result from your use of, or reliance on, information found on the Service. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagers placed with third-party sportsbooks.

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, resources are available, including the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline (1-800-522-4700, ncpgambling.org). Please gamble responsibly and only with licensed, legal operators in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service's content or underlying data at scale; interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; circumvent the Service's subscription/paywall; or share your account credentials with others to bypass individual subscription requirements.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data (including odds, lines, statistics, or grades) will be accurate, complete, or current at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prop Wizard and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or wagering losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an in-app or email notice). Your continued use of the Service after a revised version of these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [X] — TODO: confirm with Griffin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
