Frequently asked questions

Is Prop Wizard a betting site?

No. Prop Wizard is a sports-analytics and research tool — it grades player props and surfaces hit-rate, matchup, and streak data to help you do your own research. It does not accept wagers, hold or transmit funds, or operate as a sportsbook or bookmaker in any jurisdiction. Any bet you choose to place happens on a separate, third-party sportsbook or DFS platform of your own choosing, entirely outside Prop Wizard.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the iOS app: open Settings and tap “Manage Subscription.” That opens a secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel or change your plan — subscriptions are billed through Stripe rather than your Apple ID, so cancellation happens in that portal, not in your iPhone’s Subscriptions settings. On the web: sign in and go to the Pricing page, then click “Manage subscription” under your plan. Either way, cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I reset my password?

There’s currently no self-serve “forgot password” flow in the app. If you’re locked out of your account, email support@propwizard.it.com from the address on your account and we’ll help you get back in.

Do you offer a free trial? What does it cost?

Yes — new subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. After that, Prop Wizard Pro is $15/month or $120/year, billed through Stripe. Current pricing is always shown on the Pricing page before you subscribe.

What sports does Prop Wizard cover?

MLB and WNBA player props today, with more sports added over time. Boards are graded with hit-rate, matchup, and streak data for each player.

How often do prop lines and grades update?

Lines refresh automatically several times a day before games start. Once a game begins, we stop showing props for it site-wide — Prop Wizard doesn’t offer in-play or live betting lines.

Is anything on Prop Wizard financial or betting advice?

No. Grades, hit rates, and projections are statistical, informational content based on historical data — not a guarantee of any outcome, and not financial, investment, or betting advice. Please gamble responsibly and only with licensed, legal operators in your jurisdiction.
